Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mehandia P.S. Case No.107 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366-A/34 Indian Penal Code.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 26.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26082 of 2018.

This Court does not find any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is, again, rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed off in
