Though this writ application has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. vide Alipur P.S. Case No.124 of 2022 but, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation has been completed.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this criminal writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application in case some adverse order is passed
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.373 of 2023(2) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 against the petitioner by the learned Magistrate after submission of the final form/charge-sheet.

The S.H.O. of Alipur Police Station, DistrictGaya is directed to conclude the investigation of the case within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order if the same has already not been concluded.
