It is alleged that petitioner knocked the door, entered into the house of the informant and attempted to establish forceful physical relationship.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no medical examination of the victim has been done. This fact has not been controverted by learned A.P.P. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
