1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(a) To grant 3rd MACP to the petitioner since 27.02.2022.

(b) To pay 18% statutory interest on delayed payment of Gratuity, (c) To pay 18% statutory interest on delayed payment of leave encashment.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3721 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 (d) To pay 18% of interest on delayed payment of Group insurance amount.

(e) To pay Compensation amount for mental, economical, physical harassment and tension and also for expenses occurred in litigation."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
