Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of causing injury to the father of the informant by the petitioner and others. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the pending civil dispute the accusation has been levelled when the petitioner's side also received injuries and the injury report was not produced before learned Court below in spite of several reminders. Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21896 of 2015 (2) dt.23-06-2015 2/2 No. 573 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
