The petitioners seek bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019 (CRI No. 1150/19) dated 24.06.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Their prayer for bail was earlier rejected by order dated 04.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81622 of 2019 on the ground that they were accused in many cases of similar nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that now they have been released on bail in all such cases about which reference has been given in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17398 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 paragraph-3 of the bail petition.

The petitioners have been remanded in this case and are in custody since 13.08.2019.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts and the period of custody of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019 (CRI No. 1150/19).

It is however, cautioned that if the petitioners shall be made accused in any case of similar nature, the bail granted to them in this case shall be rendered liable to be cancelled.
