The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sheikhpura (Sirari O.P.) P.S. Case No.630 of 2022 registered under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No specific allegation is attributed to the petitioner rather specific allegation is made against co-accused Krishna Kumar. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6617 of 2023(2) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of VIth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with POCSO Case No.61 of 2022 arising out of Sheikhpura (Sirari O.P.) P.S.Case No.630 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
