The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 18 and 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

The informant alleged that poppy plant was found grown in the lands of the petitioners.

It is submitted that no papers produced to show that the lands belongs to the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 25.03.2015 and 16.04.2015 respectively.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya in Barachatti P.S.
