Petitioner No. 2 happens to be full brother of the deceased whereas; petitioner No. 1 is wife of petitioner No. 2. It would appear from perusal of the first information report that on account of petty dispute, a quarrel took place between the parties and in that course; petitioner No. 1 gave one brick blow, causing head injury to deceased.

No doubt, the deceased died of his injury, sustained on his head but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 22-01-2015, let the petitioners named above,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28147 of 2015 (3) dt.13-10-2015 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 538 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri N.P. Singh, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Sherghatti, District-Gaya.
