The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case against unknown for robbery in her house. During the course of investigation some of the witnesses at a very belated stage claimed to have identified the miscreants. The petitioner was arrested and he is in jail since 12.04.2015 but he has not been put on T. I. parade. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 66/2015.
