Patna High Court CWJC No.1830 of 2023(5) dt.05-02-2024 2/3 Saharsa, Respondent No.4 passed in anganwadi Revision Appeal case no.73/2021 by which the respondent no.4 affirmed the order dated 26.04.2021 passed in Anganwadi Appeal case no.16/2021 passed by the District Program Officer, ICDS, Supaul Respondent no.6, whereby and whereunder the order dated 15.02.2021 passed in Anganwadi case no.04/2021 passed by Child Development Officer, I.C.D.S. Raghopur, Supaul, Respondent No.7 has been quashed and the appointment of the petitioner as Anganwadi Sevika has been canceled and further issued a direction for appointment of one Aisha Khatoon, Respondent no. 8.

b) To stay the appointment of Aisha Khatoon, Respondent no.8, in place of the petitioner for the post of Anganwadi Sevika for center no.256 situated at ward no. 5 within Dumari Gram Panchayat under Raghopur block in Supaul district during the pendency of this writ petition."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty,
