Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation against the petitioners that they caught hold the informant at the time of alleged occurrence and paved the way to the assailants to assault, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. case no. 119/2015 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah ,West Champaran stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioners.
