The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Fesar(Phesar) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is a case and counter case and nine other co-accused persons, namely, Baghbali Singh, Prasidh Singh, Ramadhar Singh, Ramjanam Singh, Ramashray Singh, Omprakash @ Om Prakash Kumar @ Guddu, Bablu Kumar @ Bablu Kumar Singh, Sunil Singh @ Sunil Kumar Singh and Praveen Kumar Singh having identical allegation have already been granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 04.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30690 of 2018 by a Bench

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2944 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 of this Court, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Aurangabad in connection with Fesar (Phesar) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
