The petitioner has filed this Cr. Writ for proper and fair investigation relating to Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 161 of 2018 dated 16.05.2018.

Counsel for the State submits that counter affidavit has already been filed, by which it transpires that final report

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.248 of 2020(2) dt.18-03-2023 2/2 has already been submitted under Section 173(6) of the Cr.P.C. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a general order has been passed in Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. Vide order dated 09.09.2022 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 and he may be permitted to file representation before Superintendent of Police in compliance of the said order. Permission granted.

With the aforesaid direction, this Cr. Writ petition is hereby disposed off.
