The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, three accused persons over took the informant and on the point of firearm assaulted the informant and dispossessed him of his vehicle, Rs.2200/ in cash besides other articles.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the case in course of investigation. T.I. parade was held wherein the petitioner was not identified. He is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15784 of 2021(3) dt.13-09-2021 2/2 in custody since 5.10.2019 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case together with the period in custody, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Jalalgarh 129 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea.
