2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.

3. It is alleged that 5 liters of country made liquor was recovered from a hut situated in front of the house of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Recovery has not been made from the house of the petitioner. She was not present at the time of alleged recovery and nothing has been recovered from her conscious possession. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition.

Considering the facts of the case, clean antecedent of the petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge XIII-cum-Special Excise Court No. 1, Gopalganj, District Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2024 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Prakash/- U
