This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Narpatganj (Basmatia) P.S. Case No. 281 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the anticipatory bail applications of large number of accused persons have been rejected by this Court. He has produced before me some orders passed by this Court. For the reasons recorded in the order dated 31.07.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.47611 of 2019, this bail application is also dismissed.

Almost two and half years have passed and despite there being no interim order in favour of the petitioners they have not been arrested by the Araria Police. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of two weeks from today. If they do not surrender within the aforesaid period of two weeks from today then the Superintendent of Police, Araria shall take all coercive steps to get the petitioners arrested and send a report about the status of the arrest / surrender of the accused persons. List this case after four weeks.
