Both the parties have agreed for arbitration as per the arbitration clause between the parties. 3.
The Managing Director of the Bihar State Housing Board, who is personally present before this Court, has agreed for arbitration by a retired District Judge.

In this view of the matter, Sri Dinesh Kumar Sharma (District Judge, Retired), A104, Shiva Apartment, IAS Colony, Near Alankar Maruti, Rupaspur, Bailey Road, Patna801503 is appointed an an Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties. Both the parties will approach the Arbitrator for arbitration.

The Arbitration proceeding will be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
