2. The moot question for consideration before this Court is to whether the petitioners who have been working on the post of lower division clerk with the BUIDCO for more than ten years and are at level 2nd in grade pay of Rs.1900 (level 2nd)
Patna High Court CWJC No.2749 of 2025(2) dt.17-02-2025 2/3 after getting up-gradation vide 1st MACP to grade pay of Rs. 2400 (level 4) are entitled for promotion to grade pay of Rs. 4200 (level 6) in the light of the notification of General Administration Department, Government of Bihar dated 13.10.2023.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that for redressal of their grievance, as prayed for in the present writ petition, they have already made representation before the Managing Director, BUIDCO on 18.10.2023 and 20.01.2024 in the light of the notification noted hereinabove, specially in terms of clause 6(viii), thereof.
4. Learned Advocate for the BUIDCO submits that the representations brought on record do not acknowledge, whether the same has been filed in the office or not.
5. Be that as it may, considering the fact that the petitioners have submitted on affidavit that they have filed a representation, the ends of justice would met, if the representations of the petitioners dated 18.10.2023 and 20.01.2024, the copies of which are marked as Annexure P/2 series are considered and disposed off by the respondent no. 2, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. The writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
