The petitioner is in custody in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 338 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.10.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle but nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6505 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 338 of 2018.
