The petitioner is accused in connection with Bagaha (Bhairoganj) P.S. Case No. 354 of 2015, registered under Section 304(B), 120(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the marriage of the sister of the informant was performed with Santosh Yadav, son of the petitioner, before six and half years ago. After the marriage, she was being tortured due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry by her husband and other in-laws. Later on, the dead body was recovered in two pieces from the field of one Suresh Singh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the deceased is the wife of Santosh Yadav, son of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20685 of 2016 (2) dt.17-05-2016 2/2 petitioner, who left the house, on search, no trace was found, but later on, her dead body was found in the field. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased has falsely been implicated mere on suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Bhairoganj) P.S. Case No. 354 of 2015.
