After some arguments, Mr. Wasi Ahmad Khan, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Special Secretary, Department of Education, Govt. of Bihar, which is the Appellate Authority.

Should such an appeal be filed, the Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.

The petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
