2. Though the case has been listed under the heading "For Orders (On Office Notes)" but with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main matter is being heard and
Patna High Court CWJC No.1742 of 2022 dt.09-11-2022 2/3 disposed of in the following terms.
3. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"i. For direction to the Respondents concerned to cancel/modify the Birth Certificate issued in the name of the Petitioner vide Registration No. 43119 dated 05.12.2011 (Annexure-1) in which the date of birth of the Petitioner has been inadvertently recorded as 23.12.1989 instead of 23.12.1992.
ii. For direction to the Respondents concerned to treat the Birth Certificate issued issued in the name of the Petitioner vide Registration No. 54276 dated 28.11.2014 (Annexure-4) correctly recording the date of birth of the Petitioner as 23.12.1992 to be valid for all legal purpose. iii. For direction to the Respondents concerned to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the Petitioner dated 12.01.2022 (Annexure-5)."
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed representation before the respondent no. 6, which is pending and the Court may direct for disposal of the same. Copy of the same is Annexure-5 dated 12.01.2022.
5. Learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that the respondent no. 6 may be directed
Patna High Court CWJC No.1742 of 2022 dt.09-11-2022 3/3 to dispose of the matter, in accordance with law.
6. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 6 to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by him, if already not so done.
