The petitioner is accused in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 09 of 2016 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that police on search of rental room of petitioner and Chandan Kumar recovered the Voter I.D. cards, A.T.M. Cards, PAN Card, Hologram of voter I.D. cards, Pass Book, Cheque Book and other materials.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused, Chandan Kumar, has already been granted privilege of bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.04.2016 passed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20759 of 2016 (2) dt.17-05-2016 in Criminal Misc. No. 17341 of 2016 and he is in custody since 13.01.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah, in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 09 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
