Petitioner is accused in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 158 of 2015 registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C.

Submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended by the Police showing the recovery of mobile containing SIM no. 8102705697 and it was detected that through the said SIM talk was made to the looted mobile. Except that, there is no tangible evidence against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2016 but he has not been put on T.I.P. for identification by the informant who

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19557 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 gave description about the culprits.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., First Class, Patna City in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 158 of 2015.
