Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 967 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a), 36, 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from a street about 50 yards away from the clinic of Dr. Jalandhar which is an open place as is evident from the seizure list. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
