Petitioner had applied for the said post in the year, 2004. The writ petition has been filed belatedly in the year, 2014. From the pleadings, it is quite apparent that there is no declaration in favour of the petitioner holding him eligible or successful in the selection process. He claims parity with the petitioner of CWJC No 126 of 2013. The direction passed in CWJC No 126 of 2013 vide order dated 29.04.2013 was to consider such candidate for the post of Constable in whose favour, there was

The petitioner prima facie is not similarly situated as the petitioner of the said writ petition as there is no declaration in his favour holding him eligible or successful in the said process of 2004.

3 In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner has no claim in respect of which this Court can issue any direction in his favour 13 years after the selection process. 4 The writ petition is dismissed.
