The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304B and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner was married with her daughter and he was torturing his wife. Due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry the petitioner killed his wife and disposed of her dead body.

It is submitted that the petitioner has earlier filed a case for kidnapping of his wife vide complaint case No. 40 C of 2012 against one Nandlal Singh and others but the police after investigation found, on the basis of statement of the witnesses, that the petitioner killed his wife and disposed of her dead body. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
