Also, the Advocates and the Staffs joined the proceedings through Video Conferencing from their residences/offices.) 11-02-2022 Petitioner has prayed for following relief(s) : - (I) For a direction to the respondents concerned, specially Director, Investigation Bureau and Director Vigilance Bureau to enquire in to the matter after lodge a FIR about the financial irregularity misappropriate Loot of Government money under Government aid to Mirza Ghalib College, Gaya.

(ii) For directing the authorities

Patna High Court CWJC No.1692 of 2022(2) dt.11-02-2022 2/2 especially to CBI or Vigilance to do proper investigation about misappropriation of Government money.

(iii) Also for directing the respondents to initiate proceeding under Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act to recover the salary/remuneration who have been appointed on non-sanction post in Mirza Ghalib College, Gaya in which entire aid have been distributed among as solitary family member of Secretary and Principal of said College, Mirza Ghalib College, Gaya.

(iv) And also the necessary relief order/orders, direction for which the petitioner is entitled for."

After the mater was heard for some time, finding the Bench not to be in favour of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that, in view of the intervening developments, the petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.

Prayer allowed.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
