Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 8.11.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
