2. The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking modification of order dated 05.10.2023 granting four week's time to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 48 of 2022, for extending the time by a further two weeks, on the ground that he had gone out of State in West Bengal for his livelihood and hence he could not furnish bail bond within the stipulated time.

3. In this view of the matter, the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 05.10.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 9327 of 2023 is extended by two
