The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.10.2018. He further submits at the bar that the marriage between the informant and the victim is at the final stage. Learned counsel for the informant submits that petitioner may be granted bail that the marriage may be solemnized.
