1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application is being filed for setting a side the order of respondent no.7 dated 03.03.2020 bearing memo no. 80 by which selection of Anganwari Sevika in Begusarai District, Ramdiri-IV Panchayat, BlockMatihani. was cancelled as the selection was made against the advertisement dated 11.09.2019 further for a direction to select the petitioner for Anganwari

Patna High Court CWJC No.1697 of 2022(3) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 Sevika at Ramdir-IV Block, Panchayat Matihani in Begusarai District taking into account the petitioner was 1st in merit list as well as the center in question also belongs to E.B.C. Category which appears from the impugned order and/or pass any other order to which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
