Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 21-032015 and earlier, his prayer for bail was rejected by this court by order dated 21-07-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 344420 of 2015 as the case of the petitioner was at infancy stage. Now, the trial court has reported that the charge against the petitioner has already been framed and one witness has been examined. The trial court has further reported that the trial of the petitioner is pending for recording the prosecution evidence. Therefore, it is obvious from the aforesaid report that there is no possibility of conclusion of trial of the petitioner in near future. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of

No.19832 of 2016 (3) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghoshi (Okari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 34 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 323 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-I, Jehanabad subject to condition that any attempt by or on behalf of the petitioner to tamper with the prosecution witness, shall give liberty to the trial court to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner after due and proper inquiry.
