JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahnar P.S.Case No. 137 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341 and 504 of the Indian penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 55949 of 2018. Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the son of the informant causing injury in his abdomen and injury appears to be grievous one.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than nine months and up-till-now there is no progress in trial and the case has not been committed to the court of sessions.

However, considering the nature of allegation, at this
