2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issued raised in the present writ application is squarely covered by the judgment dated 27.03.2019 of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No.985 of 2015.

3. Learned counsel for the Board and learned counsel

Patna High Court CWJC No.1794 of 2025(2) dt.06-02-2025 2/2 for the State has no objection to the aforesaid submission.

4. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.5 along with all supporting documents within a period of one month and the respondent no.5 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within two months thereafter.

5. It is made clear that respondent no.5 shall be solely liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
