JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but during course of investigation, he was arrested along with FIR named accused, Raushan Singh and others on the basis of confidential information and except the aforesaid material as well as confessional statement and criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, having similar allegation, coaccused Rajesh Singh @ Ranjesh Singh and one other have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 23.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6879 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13764 of 2015 (3) dt.23-06-2015 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Devash Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S.
