The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 27(B)(ii) and 27(D) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner was running a medicine shop in the house of Pappu Gupta without having a valid licence. When raid was conducted, the petitioner managed to flee away. Similarly situated two other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation, let the petitioner above named be directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30553 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 16 of 2015.
