2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 21(C) of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 700 bottles of cough syrup (100 ml. each) and one motorcycle, bearing Registration no. BR30T-7641 were recovered from the house of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged motorcycle does not belong to this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS Act, Sitamarhi / concerned Court in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024.
