JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1718C of 2012, Trial No. 7411 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case FIR was registered against the petitioner and other accused persons with respect to murder of husband of the complainant and it appears that after completion of investigation final form has been submitted not finding case true but on protest process has been issued against the petitioner and other accused persons.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Raj Kapoor, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1718C of 2012, corresponding to Trial No. 7411 of 2019, subject to the condition that he has to co-operate in disposal of trial and appear before the court as and when required.
