The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added. Allegation against the petitioners is that they along with other accused persons came at the darwaja of the informant with variously armed and assaulted informant and others. In course of treatment Ashraf Nat died.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that he is custody since 20.11.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of assault upon the deceased against petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 but injury caused by petitioner no. 1 upon the deceased is said to be simple in nature. The death has taken place after 20 days of the alleged occurrence. The other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 41838 of 2015.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
