Patna High Court CWJC No.13693 of 2017(2) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 have encroached upon public land bearing Khata No.160, Plot Nos.839, 869, 871, 1513, 560, 950, 1020 and 1009, as indicated in para 1 of the writ petition, area being 5 acres, situated in village Mayapur, P.S. Wazirganj, District- Gaya. Taking note of the grievance of the petitioner, we direct the petitioner to file a certified copy of this order along with relevant documents and detail representation before respondent No.6 who shall register the case as a statutory complaint under the Bihar Land Public Encroachment Act and to proceed to remove the encroachment in accordance with law after hearing all concerned, preferably within a period of six months. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
