Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant who is police officer has alleged in his written complaint that while on patrolling duty he received information that one stolen Hero Honda motorcycle has been kept by the petitioner in the lane of his house, however, when he was asked to produce ownership document of the vehicle

No.4630 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/3 petitioner stated that he purchased it from Sadabrij Kumar @ Bhgelu Bind and owner book is with him and ownership document on verification was found to be forged and fabricated. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 673 of 2019, subject to conditions:

(1) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be represented on each and every date fixed by the court.

(3) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case,
