The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act.

The informant alleged that the petitioner along with Mahesh Sharma and Rajit Sharma came and exploded bomb on the shutter of the shop of the informant but nobody was injured. The case of petitioner is of false implication. It is submitted that similarly situated accused Mahesh Sharma and Ranjit Sharma have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24704/2015. The case of petitioner stands on same footing. The petitioner is in jail since 12.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Case No. 49/2015 (G. R. No. 898/2015).
