This application has been filed for quashing of F.I.R. vide Begusarai (T) P.S. Case No. 554 of 2015 against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, charge-sheet has not been submitted by the police. The investigating agency i.e. Begusarai Police is directed to conclude the investigation within six months from today.

The petitioner is given liberty to raise all their grounds at appropriate stage i.e. stage of framing of charge. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
