The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are under suspicion to have committed theft in the shop of the informant for the reason that petitioner had asked the informant to mend his mobile phone and on failure has threatened for commission of theft in the shop. The petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2018. Investigation of the case is complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 5349 of 2019(3) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.274 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
