Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have been caught with stolen motorcycle but the first information report reflects that when the informant made enquiry, petitioner disclosed that he had purchased the said motorcycle from one Anup Kumar which is also fortified by annexure 2 to this petition.

Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 29.2.2016. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Neeraj Kumar Tyagi, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in Rajiv Nagar P.S.
