Petitioner is in jail since 12.11.2015 in a case registered under section 354 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that he outraged modesty of the informant while she was travelling in train. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was working as cleaner on contract basis and, as a matter of fact, while he was doing his duty, he fell on the informant which caused annoyance to the informant and after that she lodged this case with exaggerated story.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni in Barauni Rail P.S. Case no. 65/2015 subject to condition

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20989 of 2016 (3) dt.20-05-2016 that one of the sureties must be local and holder of the landed property.
