The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 428, 406/34 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is the husband. Wife of the petitioner made allegation of demand of dowry and torture. It is submitted that petitioner is ready to keep his wife. Counsel for the informant discloses that petitioner is not ready to keep her.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is in jail for more than three months, the petitioner above named is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29692 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No. 03 of 2015.
