Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 452, 435, 120(B), 384, 379, 436 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 of the C.LA. Act and Section 13 of the G.A.P. Act. The FIR is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of the coaccused. Petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2018. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6502 of 2019(3) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 or after completion of two months of custody from today whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No.462 of 2014, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
